DELIVERY ISSUES
If the product you bought was not delivered after you got charged for it :
- At the mainstore : Please touch the redelivery terminal located at the mainstore, you should be able to get the item redelivered to you at any time.
- On the marketplace : Return to the product page, and click on the redelivery button to receive the item at any time.

REFUND POLICY
All our products are no transfer, and cannot be returned. All sales are final, no refund can be provided. Try the demo before purchasing.
DOUBLE PURCHASE
Our vendor system should automatically refund double purchase of the same product. If you did not get refunded please do the following :
