REFUNDS / RETURNS

Double Purchases
If you accidentally make multiple purchases of the same item, our vendor system is designed to automatically process a refund.

Our Gacha machines fully adhere to the guidelines provided by Linden Lab.
It's essential to be aware that single-pull packages are transferable and modifiable but not copyable; please handle them with care. It's worth noting that we have no control over the distribution of prizes.

REDELIVERIES
If you have acquired a Dotty's Secret item from our in-world store and encounter issues with its delivery, please click on the redelivery terminal and follow the provided link. VENDOR PICTURES CREDIT
Please review the notecard included in the products folder; towards the bottom, you'll find a "Credit" section detailing the items worn for the vendor pictures. This information is also accessible on the demo notecard.
